Description
Our coil on plug retrofit (a.k.a Coil Pack Controller) is the latest in Honda & Acura coil conversion technology. This kit offers the benefit of more spark energy to increase horsepower and fight spark blow out under high RPM/high boost applications. Even increasing drivability with smoother idle, faster starts, and reliable steady pulls throughout the RPM range.
Our DIY kit includes all components needed, including:
- 2-Pin connector to attach COP board to 12V and ICM signal (P\N: XHP-2-ND)
- 5-pin connector to build COP harness (P\N: XHP-5-ND)
- 12-pin header to solder into FC1 slot in ECU (generic 2.54mm/100mil square pin strip header)
- Nylon standoffs to attach board to ECU chassis
- Connector pins to build COP harness (P\N: SXH-001T-P0.6)
For an ideal crimp, you can purchase the SN-01BM crimp tool inexpensivly. However, many customers have success using generic crimp tools.
We include 2 sets of JST pins (quantity of 10) in case any are lost or broken.
We have successfully used this kit on cars and chassis in the Honda/Acura family years ranging 1988-2001 with common engines such as B16, B18, B20, D15, D16, F20, F22, F23, H22, H23, etc.
We have sold thousands of units on applications ranging form daily drivers to record holding 1000HP+ builds.
